Nityanand Parulekar
A Mumbai University rank holder in Production Engineering and management consultant
having vast knowledge and experience in man-management, process engineering, resource
utilisation and optimisation.
Nityanands’ previous stint has been mainly with fortune 500 companies like Danaher and Indian firms like Ispat Industries and Crompton Greaves. Nityanand has immense knowledge in the technical fields, mainly comprising of engineering and process industries. This coupled with manpower management, mainly identifying gaps between talent and skill and accordingly bridging them; at varied levels, adds to a different perspective required in manpower and talent management. He is engaged with Templetec Solutions in the capacity of a Consulting Director and shares insights on hiring engineering professionals across the industry.
Charushila Singh
A through HR professional with around 18 years of working experience in recruitment, outsourcing, payroll management and talent management. She has been associated with some of the well-known firms in the industry like HCL, Hurix etc.
After gaining rich experience in the industry, she diverted her energies to her entrepreneurial instincts and founded Templetec Solutions. Charushila, as a founding member believes that the success of every organisation depends on the human resource element and the way one manages and nurtures this element. This being the premise, she has founded Templetec Solutions on the two core principles , which is non-manipulative and non-exploitative aspect of the human resource which at no cost can be tampered.
Vishakha Khobare
A seasoned Recruitment professional with around 10 years’ experience in talent management. Vishakha is a management graduate from Pune, specialising in HR.She has worked with firms like L & T Infotech and has been responsible for executing some the most challenging assignments
She believes that positive relations with people leads to healthy and long term professional connects, which is crucial for business growth. Vishakha multi-tasks and contributes with her knowledge in the hiring and business ideas. She is associated as Consulting Business Advisor.
